Strategy documents often just gather dust in a bottom drawer. That is why I am not satisfied with coaching you to just develop future-proof strategies, I want to support you in implementing the strategies and thus to assist you in the transition towards a forward-thinking organisation. I assist tourism organisations in the private and public sector with the implementation of strategies by developing shorter-term action plans leading to longer-term change, managing working groups, controlling tasks and activities and communicating progress to management.
